Who am I?
I was born in the city of La Paz, Bolivia. My family is the most important thing in my life and I am very close to them. I would define myself as an outgoing person and very friendly, persevering and a little impatient. I love to eat and travel, the farther the better.
I studied Business Administration and Gastronomy, and then went to Madrid, Spain to study a Master in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

I fell in love with the kitchen from a very young age, thanks to my grandmothers who taught many recipes and techniques. Little by little I understood the importance of the "full belly, happy heart" and since then, I cook for the people I love whenever I can.

In 2015 I got into the fitness world and discovered the world of nutrition. I did some online courses to learn more about this and the importance of eating healthy. From there I was trying classic recipes in "fit" versions, especially in pastry because I am addicted to sweets. But I firmly believe that the secret is in the balance;)

During the year and a half that I was outside of Bolivia, I had the opportunity to trvael around Europe and learned about different cultures. That's when I realized that my love for the gastronomic world is huge and that I still have a lot to discover. I also saw a development that has not yet been reached in my country and I decided that it is something I want to work on.
